Dr. Giselle Spiteri Miggiani is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Malta, specializing in audiovisual translation and media accessibility. A professional dubbing translator and adapter since 2006, she has worked on productions for RAI and Mediaset, authored Dialogue Writing for Dubbing – An Insider’s Perspective, and leads the IAM Research Lab, advancing inclusive arts and media in Malta.

Prof. Agnieszka Szarkowska is a researcher, lecturer, and expert in audiovisual translation and media accessibility at the University of Warsaw. She has led groundbreaking studies on subtitling, respeaking, and audio description, serves as Vice-Chair of the European Association for Studies in Screen Translation (ESIST), and collaborates with leading research groups on media accessibility.

Rocío Txabarriaga is a multilingual content globalization and localization expert with extensive experience in language services operations, standards, and technology. She is a regular contributor at Slator AG and an adjunct professor of translation and interpreting at Montclair State University.
